The Renewable Energy, Start from Us for the Future
We believe the renewable energy is giving the
maximum benefit for us from today to the
future. However, we need the professional
ability and commitment to do so. That’s why
we are here.

Basic Ideas
Electricity is an absolute condition to support people’s life. Indonesia, in which 250 million people live in,
needs a big amount of energy supply. In 2013, Indonesia needs at least 193 Tera Watt hour (TWh) and it will increase
upto 600 TWh in 2025. Nowadays, Indonesia is able to fulfill only 48,000 megawatt (MW) energy supply. Hence, to
fulfill the supply in 2025, Indonesia need another 90,000 MW. With 5.5% economic growth (2002-2012), Indonesia,
at least, needs 13% of electricity supply growth, while the electricity supply only raises 10% per year.
Energy Policy in Indonesia
By the establishment of Law No. 27/2003 about geothermal energy, Presidential Decree No. 5/2006, and the law of Ministry of Energy
and Mineral Resources No 22/12 about feed-in Tariff, it is expected that geothermal business has the legal certainty in developing geothermal energy
in Indonesia as one of the renewable alternative energy.
Energy in Indonesia
In 2013, there are 276 geothermal areas that are identified and predicted to have 29,000 MW geothermal reservations.
Among those 276 areas, we have explored Tampomas and declared it as Geothermal Working Area (WKP) which has 55MW potential in its 27,000 Ha.
